We recognize some of these outstanding individuals and top-performing clinics through intentional awards and achievements every month.
Our top-performing Clinic of the Month is based on a comprehensive set of factors. Winning clinics are shouted out in our newsletter, receive “Clinic of the Month” swag for all team members, get their clinic name engraved on our Alliance Circle of Excellence plaque at Central Services, and receive their own Clinic of the Month plaque to display in the office.
This award comes down to providing excellent care across many areas. Criteria for Clinic of the Month include:
Our annual recognition of our top clinicians across the country comes with a weekend trip with lodging, food, entertainment, and travel costs covered by Alliance for our recognized clinicians and their +1s. We evaluate these individuals based on four criteria:
Winners are announced Q1 of each year to see who our top 15 PT/OTs and 5 PTA/OTAs for the previous calendar year. In addition to their weekend celebration, winners receive Circle of Excellence apparel and swag.
A crucial part of any clinic are the instructors who work hands-on mentoring, teaching, and caring for patients alongside students and new clinicians. Each year, the Circle of Excellence includes one Clinical Instructor who demonstrated dedication to student development and contributed to the growth of the profession through their work.
The Clinical Instructor of the Year is nominated by students, Clinic Directors, or Group/Regional Leadership and chosen based on criteria including:
We know that success in physical therapy starts the moment our patients walk in the door. To recognize the extraordinary effort of our front office staff, we choose a front office coordinator of the month each month who receives a gift card in addition to being recognized in that month’s newsletter.
Anyone working in our partner clinics can nominate a front office coordinator they think deserves recognition to become eligible for this award.
It’s not just clinic metrics and nominations that can get you rewarded for your effort! Our marketing team regularly collects recent Google reviews and NPS submissions for weekly recognition in the marketing newsletter. If you’re the subject of a particularly glowing review that we feature, you’ll see your name in the newsletter and receive a $25 Amazon gift card. It’s one more reason to encourage your patients to fill out these important surveys!
