Job responsibilities

  • Coordinates the patient journey from first contact to discharge
  • Serves as main point-of-contact for clinic clerical, facility, and administrative needs
  • Provides professional and friendly service to all patients/clients and team members
  • Manages patient insurance verification and communicates benefits and payment options
  • Communicates with physicians, case managers, and other parties on behalf of Physical Therapists when needed
  • Facilitates a welcoming and positive clinic work environment through event-planning and cultural moments (such as patient goal achievement celebrations when appropriate, etc.)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
