Job responsibilities

Coordinates the patient journey from first contact to discharge
Serves as main point-of-contact for clinic clerical, facility, and administrative needs
Provides professional and friendly service to all patients/clients and team members
Manages patient insurance verification and communicates benefits and payment options
Communicates with physicians, case managers, and other parties on behalf of Physical Therapists when needed
Facilitates a welcoming and positive clinic work environment through event-planning and cultural moments (such as patient goal achievement celebrations when appropriate, etc.)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Prior healthcare experience preferred
