What is the ACE Award?
At Alliance, our people—their talent, compassion, and experience—make their communities better and their clinics the top choice for physical therapy in their neighborhoods. It’s their daily practice of our shared values that bring success to their clinic and one of the intentional ways we recognize that success is through awarding ACE winners each year.
What is ACE?
ACE stands for the Alliance Circle of Excellence. This award and distinction is given to the top 15 physical therapists and 5 physical therapy assistants who provide outstanding care at our partner clinics across the country as measured by four metrics:
- Skilled units per visit
- Cancelation %
- Visits per full-time employee per day
- Customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
Winners of the Circle of Excellence award will be recognized throughout the following year and beyond as they join the community of ACE winners online and in-person. They also enjoy a weekend trip with costs covered by Alliance to celebrate their achievements and make memories with other winners.
