To recognize their impact, success, and example, Alliance has awarded 20 individual clinicians with the Alliance Circle of Excellence (ACE) award for 2024.
What the Circle of Excellence Means
At Alliance, we are a partnership of physical therapy brands and clinics that support communities across the country, meaning each clinic has their own unique identity, culture, and local presence, while being a part of a larger community that shares common values.
The Circle of Excellence Award is one way we show and celebrate the best of our shared values. It’s about rewarding excellence with tangible benefits, providing this community with examples of how excellence can be pursued in different ways. Finally, it’s about demonstrating to future leaders that there are people like you in this community who have helped raise the standard of care in physical therapy.
Circle of Excellence criteria
Our Circle of Excellence winners demonstrated exceptional patient care, embraced the principles of our therapeutic alliance, and have completed all necessary compliance training and documentation during 2024, all while staying aligned with our shared Mission, Vision, and Values.
Representing the best of our many talented partners, these 15 Therapists and 5 Therapy Assistants delivered quantitative results to their practice while providing the quality of care that causes people to share their positive experience with friends, family, and even strangers.
