Joining our Alliance means access to some of the industry’s leading experts. We are proud to host third-party and internally-developed, exclusive continuing education courses. Our team members have the opportunity to attend conferences, workshops, and seminars throughout the year, as well as participate in online courses and webinars. We believe that continuous learning is essential for both personal growth and professional development.
Most recently, our top five most approved course categories were in: pelvic floor, manual therapy, OCS, sports and dry needling.

Be Great Today! Mentorship Program
Hey, new grads! As a newly graduated physical therapist ready to dive headfirst into your practice, we understand that there’s still a vast learning curve to navigate. That’s why we offer a comprehensive, 16-week mentorship program designed to fast-track your professional development, starting within 30 days of joining the Alliance Physical Therapy Partners family.
Our program focuses on patient care, productivity, communication, staff supervision (think: emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and accountability), and work-life balance. Based on feedback from our team, we’re constantly developing and improving the program to meet evolving needs. We provide mentoring, educational techniques, research methodology, clinical skills, and administrative practices to support your passion for helping patients with physical therapy. With 1:1 clinical sessions, online resources, webinars, and continuing education, we ensure hands-on learning that enhances patient care and the overall culture of your clinic.
CORE Programs (1, 2 + Advanced)
Our in-person CORE Program offers clinic, group, and regional directors a chance to engage in formal and self-directed learning, MedBridge and other online courses, as well as peer group activities. CORE (an acronym for Clinical Leadership, Ongoing Mentorship, Relationship Building, Educational Services) is a blend of formal and informal learning that supports leadership growth at all experience levels. Investing in our team through these programs is integral to our success. Our people-first methodology is echoed throughout, providing techniques for success at our clinics.
