In a field as well-appreciated by patients as Physical Therapy often is, we enjoy a high Net Promoter Score of patient satisfaction.
For context, an NPS score above 50 is deemed excellent, while above 75 is considered world-class.
Many physical therapy clinics enjoy positive reviews and a relatively high NPS Score compared to fields like technology or retail, but we still feel our score, which represents over a million annual patient visits, a mark of world-class satisfaction.
ALLIANCE eNPS SCORE
Our intentional feedback structure includes a regular employee survey that incorporates the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
This score is a measure of employee sentiment and satisfaction that can range from -100 to 100.
- -100-0: Needs improvement
- 0-30: Good
- 30-70: Excellent
- 70-100: World-Class
While we’re pleased to have a “good” eNPS score among our Partners’ outpatient clinics, this number doesn’t tell everyone’s whole story. We are always learning new ways to help our Partner clinics be great places to work.
