What made you join our team? 

I joined the team because I was looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing environment where nothing is set in stone. I was initially drawn in by the small organization feel, but the opportunity for growth is one of the most exciting aspects of being here nowadays. 

How’s your experience been so far? 

I would say my experience has been primarily positive in the 4 years I have been here. I have worked with many people throughout my time here and have been in different roles starting at entry level. There are times where communication can be abstruse between departments, but I genuinely feel like we (as an organization) are becoming more aware of the importance of interdepartmental communication and are moving in a healthier and more cooperative direction. I have been asked to work on things I wouldn’t have thought I would be capable of when I first started 

here. I think that is proof that I have learned valuable skills and knowledge in my time here so far. 

Any other thoughts or comments? 

Things won’t always be easy, but I think the challenge of problem solving and creating solutions is another one of the most rewarding parts of the job. There are so many aspects of growth both personally and organizationally here that you probably wouldn’t get anywhere else. Individuals here have much more potential for a positive impact.
