What made you join our team?  

I always wanted to be part of the Physical Therapy world, and this felt like just the right place to do so.  

How’s your experience been so far?  

I have been given the opportunity to grow by learning new skills and expand my knowledge within multiple different channels from insurance to software. The ability I have had to gain trust and reliability within the organization has given me confidence. I am very grateful for the many opportunities Alliance has presented me.  

Any other thoughts or comments?  

I have had the ability to move around throughout the organization and work with multiple groups of people who share a common interest and passion for the work they do.
